I've been creating things and restoring items for some time. Here's where you can find some of my completed projects.
This old door was pulled from an old historic house. I sanded it down to allow a fresh finish and bring this door new life. I added some accent trim, new stain and a protective finish.
I found this old Zenith record player at a garage sale. It had watermarks all over it from years of neglect and being treated as a table. I sanded the entire player down to bare wood, added a new, darker stain and a protective finish. The original owner would not recognize this piece.
I created this bathroom tic-tac-toe piece to be a convenient and appealing way to hold toilet paper in bathrooms. This shelving piece allows toilet paper to be easily accessible without having to hunt through cabinets. Just turn around and grab a new role!
When a friend approached me about a cutting board for his food truck and catering business, we came up with this idea of an oversized cutting board. This board measured 22" wide x 17" deep with a large well in the middle to keep the brisket juices contained with the meat.
This barndoor was created as a clean way of separating a couple rooms. The new lumber was stained and painted to create a weathered/reclaimed look, which I have come to enjoy using. A barndoor track was mounted on the wall and the door mounted on the rail and the opening framed out to match.
What do you do when you have a dining room and no table to seat everyone for Thanksgiving diner? You build an 8' table! This table was built out of 2x6 lumber (top) and 4x4 lumber (base) to accommodate large family gatherings.
